Customer Area If you are a COntract customer, you have been given a card with a Username and Password on it to access our upcoming Online Support System. This will also allow you access to our exclusive online content in the 'Executive Lounge' area of the EDC Support website. You will have a years access from the first time you call us out. There will be downloadable help sheets as well as video tutorials for simple IT tasks. If you are an existing customer and do not have a User name & Password Card (similar to those shown here on the left), please contact us.
